Shipping Policies and Timeframes
I ordered on .... when will my item(s) ship!?
Our shipping process is different from many companies- here's how we process and ship your order:
After your order is placed and we receive it and verify payment we check for any errors and contact you by DM or email. If all is correct, we typically PRINT your order AND SHIPPING LABEL.
[[ For Apparel items, the color and style of apparel you chose is purchased at the time your order comes in, then begins processing (design being created and applied) when your label is printed after the item arrives to us. ]]
Then your order begins being custom made. This means that the DATE you receive notification your item has shipped IS NOT always the date your item ships, but instead the date processing begins. So you may not see movement in your tracking for several days based on our current turnaround below
Non-customized orders 12-14 business days.
Customized orders 15-30 business days.
BUSINESS days do not include Saturday, Sunday, any US Domestic recognized mail holiday and any holiday we announce we're not open
This means your item will take up to the listed days of business (mon-fri) days to be custom made and prepared for shipping. This does not include your shipping transit time.
Domestic, first class: 3-5 business days
Domestic Priority: 2-3 business days
International First Class: 7-14 business days
Typically international shipping does not update daily, so you may not see movement in tacking for several days- we wish there wasn't more we could do about that's but unfortunately we cannot!
**We are not responsible for delays in shipping transit once the package leaves our hands, But will do all we can on our end to investigate and accommodate you should your package appear or become lost in transit**
if your package arrives with missing item(s) or damages please alert us immediately upon reciept. While we are not responsible for damages while in transit we will be happy to work with you on coming to an agreeable resolution.
Returns are only accepted for items that are non-personalized and are deemed defective, an issue with workmanship or does not match order specifications. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges are only accepted if the item is non-personalized and is being exchanged due to defect in workmanship or issue with sizing. Return shipping to us is the responsibility of the buyer.
A refund of your order can be processed only if your order has not yet left our possession, if your order is in transit we cannot refund the order until the order is returned to us if it meets our return guidelines. Custom orders cannot be refunded once placed. Refunds, if processed, do not include refunding shipping costs.
