Shop Policies

**We are not responsible for delays in shipping transit once the package leaves our hands. We are NOT responsible for lost packages that the USPS has possession of and we CANNOT track them beyond the same tracking that we provide you. However, we will do all we can to work with you within our means you should your package appear or become lost in transit**


IF your package arrives with missing item(s) please alert us immediately upon reciept.

For ANY damages your item(s) arrive with we are not responsible for damages while in transit as the package is no longer in our possession after it reaches the post office. Please alert us of damages though as we will reach out to our post office about any options you may have if your package is insured. 


Returns are only accepted for items that are non-personalized and are deemed defective, an issue with workmanship or does not match order specifications. Subject to our approval. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  


Exchanges are only accepted if the item is non-personalized and is being exchanged due to defect in workmanship or issue with sizing. Return shipping to us is the responsibility of the buyer. 


Refunds are subject to approval. Generally all our items are non-refundable and sales are final. Orders that are deemed defective are refundable at our discretion. We do not refund orders for shipping issues or timeframes. Refunds, if processed, do not include refunding shipping costs.
